How people made it better

• Put the notes in a shared doc with a fixed template: what shipped, what is blocked, what we need. Anyone can add before the call. (Product)
• Keep a 15-minute call only for blocked items. Everything else is read beforehand. (Engineering)
• Risk: people stop reading the note. Ask each lead to reply with one line so we know it was seen. (Operations)
• Customer service would like a short line on anything that changes what customers see. (Customer service)
