Beta terms
Last updated 29 October 2026. These sit on top of the terms of use and the privacy page.
- Early software. The beta is unfinished. Features may change, break or be removed, and access can be paused or ended at any time.
- Free during the beta. If you want to talk about longer-term use, contact us. Nothing is charged unless you agree it in writing.
- Keep it between us. Please don’t publish or share screenshots, features, pricing or results from the beta until we launch, unless we say yes.
- Feedback is welcome. We can use anything you suggest without owing you anything.
- Anonymized insights. The anonymized information terms in the terms of use cover beta projects in full.
- Your people. You have the right to invite the people you invite, and you will tell them what the project is for.
- Your ideas stay yours. You can view and download them at any time.
- Test projects. Projects created during the beta for testing may be deleted when we launch. We will email organizers first, and you can download your ideas and results until then.
- Your organization’s agreement. If your organization signs its own agreement with us, that agreement covers the beta where it differs.
